Webster Five has appointed Tracy LeMaire to its Board of Directors
Auburn, MA – A seasoned CPA and entrepreneur, LeMaire brings extensive expertise in financial accounting, auditing and business leadership to the role.
LeMaire joins Webster Five’s Board as an established accounting professional and the owner of Evolve CPA Consulting, LLC, which she founded in 2021 in response to the complex accounting and financial challenges faced by the cannabis industry. She currently serves as a consulting CFO for cannabis companies across Massachusetts and the Northeast.

Before founding her firm, LeMaire spent 11 years at AAFCPAs, where she led financial statement audits for privately held companies across a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, nonprofit and professional services.

LeMaire holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Business Administration from Bryant University. A member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, she serves on the Cannabis Committee and Consulting CFO Roundtable. In 2018, she was honored with MassCPAs Women to Watch Emerging Leader Award.

Outside of work, LeMaire volunteers as a coach for Girls on the Run Worcester County, while residing in Sutton with her husband and two daughters.
