Manages the day-to-day administration of Webster Five’s HQ, ensuring an efficient, professional, and engaging workplace experience. Greets visitors, coordinates mail and delivery services, orders HQ supplies, maintains conference rooms and Collaborative Cafe. Plans, organizes, and supports HQ functions, Board/Executive meetings, employee events, and workplace initiatives. Serves as a resource for internal communications and employee engagement platforms leveraging sound judgment, initiative and technology proficiency. Works on-site, independently under the guidance of the People Experience Manager.

Oversees a sales and service culture designed to retain and grow customer relationships in assigned market. Serves as the branch sales and service leader, including coaching, training, and mentoring of new sales and service-focused team members. Maintains confidentiality of bank records and customer information. Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Consistently provides outstanding sales and service representing the branch and the Bank in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.

Recommends convenience and self-service options, places customers in appropriate deposit and loan products, opens accounts, processes transactions, and refers customers to subject matter experts. Maintains confidentiality of bank records and customer information. Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Consistently provides outstanding sales and service representing the branch and the Bank in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.

Proactively solicits and originates residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory, and secondary market guidelines. Actively fosters and cultivates business relationships with diverse members of the community to generate residential mortgage business meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives. Provides guidance to customers throughout the mortgage application and processing activities.

Manages the systems, processes, data, and analytics that support and inform the Bank’s marketing strategy and campaign execution. Ensures marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently while overseeing marketing automation tools, campaign tracking, and performance dashboards. Leverages customer insights and segmentation data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide strategic marketing decisions.
