Monica brings over 26 years of experience in providing financing solutions to both for-profit and non-profit businesses. With her knowledge of commercial, industrial, real estate and enhanced loan products (SBA, Mass Development, PCI), she looks for ways to add value when meeting her customers’ and prospective customers’ objectives.  In addition to her banking experience, Monica was a CFO of a non-profit organization herself, as well as a Crain’s New York “Business 40 under 40” and a Worcester Business Journal “Power 50” honoree, so she understands both sides of the business banking relationship.

Prior to joining Webster Five, Monica was an Auto Group Credit Officer for Santander Bank and an SBA Credit Approval Officer for Chase Bank in Dallas, TX. She has held similar roles at Bank of America, Fleet Boston and BankBoston First Community Bank in Boston, MA, Fall River, MA, and New York, NY.  Monica earned her B.A. in Finance from The University of Oklahoma and her M.B.A from Simmons College Graduate School of Management. She currently serves as the Executive Director/ Treasurer of the Webster Five Foundation.
