He oversees the bank’s finance and treasury functions, leveraging deep experience in asset-liability management, balance sheet restructuring, and derivative strategy. Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, Michael has a proven record of driving operational efficiency and fostering sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Webster Five, Michael served as SVP, Senior Finance Manager at Enterprise Bank, where he played a key role in guiding financial strategy and performance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management, along with a minor in Economics, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
