Lesly brings more than 25 years of treasury management, commercial banking and business leadership experience to Webster Five, helping businesses optimize cash flow, strengthen financial operations and implement strategic treasury solutions that support long-term growth. As Director of Treasury Management, she oversees the management and strategic growth of the Bank’s Treasury Management services, working closely with clients and internal partners to deliver tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, financial visibility and overall business performance.

Prior to joining Webster Five, Lesly served as Senior Vice President, Director of Business Banking Services at Fidelity Cooperative Bank, where she managed the bank’s cash management and commercial deposit portfolios and led initiatives to expand business banking products and client relationships. Lesly holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Babson College, and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
