Branch Operations Manager – Auburn
Serves as a member of the branch leadership team, overseeing the efficient operation of the branch and adherence to all established controls.
Credit Analyst II
Performs credit analysis to evaluate the credit risk and loan quality of business lending prospects and existing borrowers in the Business Banking Group.
Senior Business Analyst
Reviews and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the systems and processes of the Bank’s business units. Works with end users, vendors, and IT from discovery to delivery; defining scope and objectives, document requirements and formulate technology initiatives, with a focus on customer experience.
Relationship Banker 1 – Floater
Proactively assists retail customers in strengthening their financial relationship with the Bank through needs-based conversations, recommendations of Bank product and service offerings, referrals to partners and account openings.
Sales and Service Manager – Webster
Serves as a member of the branch leadership team, overseeing the sales and service culture designed to retain and grow customer relationships. Leads sales and service team in assessing customer needs and identifying solutions to assist them in achieving their financial goals. Manages Relationship Bankers.
