With decades of banking experience under their collective belts, our senior managers drive growth and change to improve our customers’ banking experiences at all touch points. They also create a culture that allows our employees to do their best work, feel valued and grow within the organization. On a daily basis, they provide oversight to ensure our departments operate effectively and efficiently, while adhering to a consistent code of ethics and values. Most of our senior managers have lived in South Central Massachusetts for the majority of their lives. They have a deep connection to this community, and it shows in the numerous boards they serve on outside the bank.
