Charles Pierce

Mortgage Sales Manager 508-640-0494 NMLS #1118599
A former flight instructor turned bank lender, Charles helps our customers navigate the complex home mortgage process and land their dream home. Charles started his banking career as a teller and teller supervisor while attending the Bridgewater State University aviation program. Upon graduating, Charles became a flight instructor, logging 1,500 hours of flight time over the course of two years. However, his ongoing interest in banking inspired a change of course, and Charles pursued his MBA at the University of Rhode Island. In 2013, Charles joined Webster Five and quickly learned the ropes of mortgage loan origination. With his inquisitive and driven nature, he has become an expert on everything from mortgages to home equity lines of credit and equity loan trade-off decisions. And while his experience in flight instruction might seem far removed from banking, Charles is quick to point out that — just like flight instruction — retail lending takes clear communication and the ability to turn an intimidating journey into a smooth ride.
Charles talks about his role in the bank and life outside the bank.
