Lou talks about his role in the bank and life outside the bank.

What are you passionate about in your role? Seeing my clients’ businesses succeed and grow. As a former business owner myself, I enjoy learning about my clients’ businesses and doing what I can to help them achieve their goals. I can certainly relate to both the excitement and challenges of running a business. Our products relieve some of the burdens business owners face so they can focus more on their customers and growth plans.

What are some of your hobbies and interests? Travel is my primary interest outside of work.

Are you involved in any community causes or organizations? I am currently on a loan committee for the Property and Casualty Initiative LLC, whose focus is to provide funds for affordable housing and economic development in underserved communities throughout Massachusetts.

Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself? I used to own a liquor store in Brooklyn, New York. Being a business owner was both interesting and fun.
