Residential Contruction Loan
This loan is based on a ‘proposed’ structure, which is ideal for borrowers who have arranged to have their primary residence built according to a schedule. Funds are disbursed in installments pending a review of the plans, specifications, and budget as the construction progresses. (Refinances of existing homes may also be considered for major renovations and/or additions.)
